BAUDIN AGRICULTURAL TRAINING SCHOOL
The Grand Rapids District has opened the training school at Baudin and done considerable repair and construction at the school. The next project Is to get an irrigation system installed. Grand Rapids District also provides financial scholarships for students. For more information contact Rev. R. Paul Doherty

WESLEY HOUSE FOR BOYS
Located in Port-au-Prince the House is home for 26 boys that have been victimized by abuse and neglect. The boys attend Frere Methodist School and benefit from the warm supporting environment and the safety of the home. For more information contact Virginia Bell.

GOMMIERS CHURCH AND SCHOOL
Several teams from Michigan have worked on finishing the Church at Gommeries on the second floor of a new building. The new school facilities when completed will be on the lower Level. Gommiers is located in the Jeremie Circuit. For information regarding this project contact Rev. Don Gotham.

NABOSE SCHOOL AND CHURCH
The Port Huron District will be working at the Nabose, in the Petit Goave Circuit, to refurbish and repair the building. The School has 80 students and 3 teachers, built in 1983

RAVINE SECHE SCHOOL and CHURCH
Built in 1982 the Port Huron VIM team will repair the building, built in 1982. The school has 125 students and 3 teachers. For information regarding the Port Huron District projects in the Petit Goave Circuit contact Ella Brakeman.

BON (Good) SAMARITAN HOME
Located in Jeremie the home is a retirement facility for elderly destitute women in Haiti; women without family and financial supportThere is also a Home locate in Port-au-Prince that is partially supported by Chelsea Retirement Community. Contact Virginia Bell for more information on this very special project.

HAITIAN ARTISANS FOR PEACE INTERNATIONAL
HAPI is a ‘fair trade’ for women and a committed ministry to growing in knowledge and understanding of Christ within a community of faith. The project is partly supported by United Methodist Women located in Mizak, Haiti. HAPI women are currently marketing 5x7 hand embroidered, frameable gift cards. Order cards! LAY PASTORS SCHOOL
The Michigan Area Haiti Task Force is working in partnership with the Haitian Methodist Church in the training of lay pastors in compliance with the MCCA (Methodist Churches of the Caribbean and Americas) for certification as evangelist.
